Notes on Rates (the details)

  • Accounts with calls over 2000 will be priced by Supervisor.
  • The above rates are based upon incoming and outgoing calls.
  • The above rates are our Basic Rate Plan.  Each incoming call includes 1 page, text message or e-mail to relay that call.  The Basic Rate Plan also includes 1 daily e-mail or fax of all your daily messages, 5 free call patches and 5 wake-up reminder calls.  All other requests such as texting or e-mailing multiple people, patching more than 5 calls monthly or sending daily messages more than once per day will fall under another rate plan.
  • We offer a Basic Rate Plan, Advanced Rate Plan and an All-Inclusive Rate Plan.
  • The Call Center offers 24 – hour live answering service by courteous operators providing prompt, accurate and confidential services
  • Our system utilizes call forwarding in which each subscriber will be assigned a number.
  • Each account is personalized according to each subscriber’s specified instructions.
  • Calls are answered with our business name or your personalized greeting up to 15 words maximum.
  • Each subscriber will need to make arrangements with your Phone Company to have “Call Forward” feature on their phone system.
  • An advance payment in the amount of your expected first month’s call count is required.  This amount will be credited to subscriber’s first month’s bill.
  • To begin services, complete subscriber’s instructional data form and signed Agreement.
  • All subscriber data forms, greetings and requests are subject to Supervisor approval.
