For over 25 years, Owner Nelson Gagnon has built a solid reputation in the service industry. He is committed to providing quality service to his customers. He believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business person is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, Nelson has always put servicing his clients ahead of profits. His experience comes from operating a large service company in Massachusetts along with a sister company in Hawaii. In addition to managing the successful operation of these two companies Nelson personally oversees the Call Center's daily operations.

If asked about his committment to the Call Centers success his answer is quite simple. "When I hear the phone ring I never know if its a call for one of my service companies or from one of our Call Center clients -customers. Therefore I expect every call to be handled as if it were my own company". Nelson interviews, trains and mentors each of his employees. He feels that open communication and continual training removes the fustration and conflicts that employees can encounter at any work place.

This type of management provides a great work enviroment which reflects in the manor The call center employees perform their job. Nelson is often heard telling perspective clients and fellow business leaders that he clearly has the nicest, hard workng, caring staff.

Nelson is not alone in the management of his compainies. His wife, two sons, a brother in law, along with several dedicated supervisors help with the daily operations.
